Melanie is the best! This was our first time having her stay at our home for 5 days/4 nights with our two large and old dogs (and keeping our three chickens alive as well!). She came beforehand to sit down and listen (for almost an hour!) to the special age-related concerns to look out for with one of our dogs, and walk through our space and routines. It gave such peace of mind. We turned over our key and all our details and she spent so much quality time with them over the week, sending pics regularly (not expected!) of the dogs playing and lounging. Our dogs – given our years with them, and the years ON them – are very dear to us, and it was a freeing gift to be able to trust Melanie so wholeheartedly with our specific routines and space we share with them. Asking her first every time we go out of town going forward. Thank you!
