Melanie is absolutely AMAZING!!! I could not imagine a more perfect experience than we had with her! First and foremost, Melanie took the most wonderful and compassionate care of my dog, Simie. From the beginning, Melanie creatively figured out ways to get my dog to eat when she was initially sad after we left, and then proceeded to turn her stay into a fun-filled adventure for Simie – taking her all around town, to meet with her students, on lots of walks out in nature, etc. Simie LOVED it. Melanie was also awesome about sharing updates and photos and videos – it felt almost as if Simie was nearby, thanks to Melanie’s updates! Finally, Melanie was super gracious in scheduling and coordination. I had a lot of schedule changes and uncertainties (flight delays, sickness, etc.), and Melanie was supportive and understanding about everything. In short: Melanie is simply fantastic and I am so grateful we found her! Your pet will be in great hands!!!
